Brand New. (14) 45mm titanium coated blades spaced with washers. Blades in total are just over 3/4 of an inch in width. Most all tube tails are under this length, with most being a 1/2" or less prior to cutting, so you have plenty of coverage when cutting them.  

Top to bottom the cutter is 11".  45mm titanium coated rotary cutter blades are made of high quality Japanese steel (SKS-7) & have a long service life and a long-lasting sharp edge. Titanium coated on the surface makes the blade resistant to corrosion and rust.
