Unique and interesting piece- unmarked- came from a beautiful collection at an estate full of very old Coalport, Derby and Minton pieces, and I believe this to be English, though very much in the style of some Paris/ Old Paris cornflower pieces done at the time. This is in excellent antique condition. No chips, cracks, damage or crazing. Small flea bite dark spot has a leaf cleverly painted atop it, shown. Very light wear as shown. Hand painted.
