Handling time is within 10 working days.
We do not answer questions "when item will ship".
Return period is within 60 days if returned by customer.
Ask us before opening a case. We will do our best to resolve a problem.
If you have any problems/defects with our products, please feel free to contact us within 1 week from the day you received it and allow up to 24 hours to answer your question.
