AN ALTERNATE LACE TRIMS THE COLLAR EDGE AND IS LABELED ON THE INTERIOR DUNCAN SMITH REGENT STREET LONDON.
CONDITION: THE CAPE IS IN STRONG AND WEARABLE CONDITION BUT I PERSONALLY WOULD REMOVE THE BLACK BROWN MOIRE RUFFLES AS THERE IS HEAVY BREAKAGE SEEN, NOTE THE IMAGES.
THE UNDER LAYER BLACK SILK TAFFETA HAS A HAND PUNCHED EDGE AND THE BLACK RUFFLES ON THE MOIRE COULD BE USED TO TRIM.
