Cecelia CVN 300 Violin with Case, Bow, & Rosin Very Good Condition

The violin is in very good condition. There are a few light surface scratches and a tiny nick or two.

I will usually ship within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. The item will be set up well, as described, and properly packaged for safe shipment.

I only accept payment through eBay’s portal, so please don’t contact me about e-Checks, direct deposits into my bank account, offers outside of eBay or private phone sales. Again, I will only accept payment through eBay’s portal.

I will only ship to the authorized shipping address that is on your eBay or PayPal account.

To avoid canceling other’s bids, please pay in full within four days. Orders that aren’t paid for in full within four days will be canceled automatically after four or more calendar days.

Large items go out UPS ground delivery, or FedEx ground or FedEx Home Delivery when possible and affordable. I reserve the right to change shipping methods or carriers from what the listing indicates. Also, be aware that estimated delivery times are simply estimates, and there is no guarantee that your item will arrive on the estimated date shown in the listing. Please allow a few extra days for delivery if there is extreme weather.

I do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses or FPO addresses.

The images presented may exhibit slight differences in color due to variations in photographic lighting, varying angles, and different viewing devices. The item may contain some minor scratches or blemishes that may not be captured in the photos but are described in the description.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact me for a resolution via eBay messaging before opening returns/claims. I strive to respond to all inquiries within one business day or sooner. Legitimate returns must be returned in original as-shipped condition with all original packaging and in the original shipping box.

This item is sold as described: It cannot be returned unless it arrives in a condition different from how it was described or photographed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to evaluate the visible condition of the item through closely examining the photos and/or through messaging me with questions and requests for additional details before purchasing. We won’t accept a return for damages after use or if damaged fictitiously. 

If you receive the merchandise damaged, you must keep the instrument and all packaging available for inspection or salvage pick up until the claim is resolved. You should also avoid moving or shipping the damaged cargo until the carrier instructs you to do so. The customer must make a timely upload of a damage claim and briefly describe damages together with pictures within two days of receipt of the merchandise. Do not wait several days! If evidence cannot be provided to prove the carrier caused the damage during transit, carriers can and will deny the claim.

If there is an insurance claim for a lost or damaged item, it will be the buyer’s responsibility to complete the claim with the insurance carrier. Please remember that we never ship broken merchandise. It is checked and then double checked just before shipping, so please do not accuse us of that unless you can prove otherwise. Photos will be required to file insurance claims.

Once you receive the instrument in good condition from the shipper, and from then on out: Enjoy playing your new instrument often! Please, remember that I am not your personal property-damage insurance company.  I do not guarantee your item against accidentally dropping, banging, or smashing it, or any other accidental or intentional damage to the instrument or its finish or parts, including damage resulting from misuse, modification, disassembly, reassembly, or tampering with the instrument or its parts. If you, or anyone else, causes damage, please do not expect a return privilege, or a price allowance, and certainly not a refund for your accidental breakage. Please, just call your own insurance provider right away.

Stands or other props used to hold or display art or instruments, while photos are taken, are not included.
