This part is a lever, with actuator, turn signal, windshield wiper, windshield washer, dimmer switch (with cruise control, except pulse wiper), for Chevrolet, Chevrolet Trucks, Buick, Oldsmobile Trucks, Pontiac, Oldsmobile, and GMC Trucks cars.

If you HAVE cruise and NO delay wipers, this is the one for your GM vehicle.  Part number 25031457, later replaced by part number 25075753, then replaced by 25111261 and current part number is 25140376

Brand new original NOS GM part, pictures form part of the description.  Note the slight mark on the back, seen in a couple of the pictures; can be removed with some plastic cleaner/polish but did not want to try.   Been in storage for a long time and that mark must be from sitting on a shelf.
