A lovely 12" speaker suitable for guitar work or as a woofer. I think the speaker was manufactured by Goodmans as an Alcomax AC15, but was also sold through Jensen and Bell and Howell as here. 

It dates to around 1960. It reads about 14.5ohms on my multimeter, so I guess runs at nominal 16ohms. The cone tested fine using a bench test signal. 

It measures 12" from edge to edge.
