3.Items under 1 lbs will ship USPS First Class, items 1-9 lbs will ship FedEx SmartPost or UPS Surepost (Final Delivery USPS), items over 9 lbs will ship FedEx Home Delivery or UPS Ground.

Returns:

We strive for 100% Buyer Satisfaction. If you wish to return an item for whatever personal reason, you can still do it, however, please note the following conditions:

- Please contact us first to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
- The item must be returned with all packaging intact and in unused condition
- Shipping charges are not refundable
