A Rolleiflex F&H model with a built-in coupled light meter, which is fully working, though the incident light diffuser is missing. It is in excellent condition for a camera of its age. Complete with original leather case, which is in quite good condition for its age. Lenses are clear and undamaged, as far as I can ascertain; the shutter speeds and apertures are all functional, though it has not been film tested. 

The camera naturally accepts 120 and 220 film. It has an adjustable pressure plate to accommodate. 35mm film can be used with the included Rolleikin 35mm film adapter kit. This kit is complete with a viewfinder mask, a frame finder mask (already fitted to the outside of the waist-level viewfinder, a lenshood mask and is easily installed. 35mm shooting is in portrait format only, although, with the prism viewfinder attached, tilting the camera to shoot in landscape format is quite achievable.

Also included is an OEM prism viewfinder in excellent condition. It attaches easily and is not heavy, keeping the camera as handy to use is with the standard viewfinder.

This is a beautiful camera of its era. It shows signs of use but has been well cared for. All switches and levers appear to work correctly and freely.
