A Specto model FS 16mm cine film projector and two reels (as shown). This is not working, and comes without a lead or instructions and is for display purposes only. However, it does come with two matching Cyldon 400ft reels and a 400ft film (Movie Packs Aqua Frolics C1950s untested) in order to display the projector with film threaded. These reels set the projector off as a lovely Art Deco style display object. 

This dates to the 1950s. It is a Specto model that was capable of playing film at 2fps if need be (i.e., film analyser capability). It was made in Windsor England, and I think supplied by Wallace Heaton opf London.

The projector measures about 19 inches tall with reels attached.
