  • Your delivery address must allow access for a 7.5-tonne or larger truck
  • Delivery is kerbside only, using a tail lift and pump truck, and is strictly ground floor only
  • The courier will call you to arrange a delivery date once your pallet is in their system. Please inform them of any access restrictions
  • You can choose the delivery day, but not the exact time — delivery happens anytime between 9am and 5pm, and someone must be available to sign for it
  • There is no tracking number or delivery updates, so please make sure you are reachable
🛠 Dismantled Items
  • Most items are delivered dismantled and safely packed
  • Assembly manuals are not included, but when available:
    • We can send helpful videos via WhatsApp
    • You can also video call us, and we will guide you through the setup
  • Assembly service is available if requested and pre-agreed
