1. We have warehouses in Sydney and Melbourne, and we will choose the most suitable warehouse to send the package according to our inventory or the distance of your delivery address.

2. Not supporting PO BOX, Parcel locker, Locker, Po Post, Po shop, and Parcel Collect. (Please be aware that PO Boxes cannot receive items that are too heavy, too large or more than 1 meter in size. If the item purchased exceeds the above conditions, please do not fill in the po boxes address.)

3. After payment is cleared If you paid before 13:00 PM, Items are dispatched within one business day otherwise will send the next day, however please allow 3-8 business days for it to arrive.Remote areas will required longer delivery time.

4. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.

5. Your eBay registered postcode determines your shipping rate. This rate is displayed near the sale price when you are logged into your account. It displays as either as FREE or a $ figure.（Postage fee is free for most area except remote or offshore area）

Before placing order, please be reminded that an additional AU$20-240（Not for Expedited Logistics） shall be charged by the logistic agency per-package for remote areas.

1. All of our items are backed with a 30-day return policy. We ensure all our items are new and in excellent condition prior to shipping. In case you receive the item that is not to the standards above, please contact us via e-Bay messages. All returns must be in new original condition as received and should be shipped with delivery confirmation

2. We will repair or replace its product if due to defective parts or workmanship, it does not perform as specified. In no event does this warranty extend to instances where the product is damaged through uses for which it was not intended, misuse, mishandling, removal and/or re-installation, neglect, accident or tampering.

3. We ONLY accept returns with original package. Please make sure that item has NO man-made sabotage. Used items will not be accepted for return.

- It is normal that the ignition fails when the first time you start the machine, because the oil pipe of the oil circuit is in the vacant state at that time. Please restart and the machine will work normally.

- Remote control needs to be set before use.
