I always leave positive feedback for customers once positive feedback has been received to confirm that you are happy with your purchase. If you have any problems please contact me first so that I can try and resolve your issue.

Postage and Dispatch Policy

All items are sent by Royal Mail or a reputable courier for large items (e.g. Fedex/DHL/DPD). I do not use Evri or Yodel.

All items can be collected from our address just over the Welsh border in Llangollen LL20 by arrangement. 

My items are packed carefully and I try to dispatch on the next business day, although it may take longer due to my rural location. If you need an item urgently please contact me before purchasing to see if we are able to meet your requirements and if necessary include a premium postage option.

Many items now have to be sent using the eBay-mandated 'Simple Delivery' system which does not allow for combined postage on multiple items. If you want me to try and combine postage, please contact me before purchase and I'll create a specific listing for your combined items with correct postage. If you buy the items individually I cannot refund postage as eBay generate the postage label directly.

Please ensure that you provide accurate delivery details. I'm unable to refund postage costs in the case of non-delivery returns.
