EXTREMELY RARE Ticket from October 6, 1978 WESTERN HOCKEY LEAGUE Lethbridge Broncos taking on the Calgary Wranglers at The Stampede Corral in Calgary.  

On this night, Legendary New York Islanders Great/4X Stanley Cup Champion DUANE SUTTER would help lead his JUNIOR TEAM the Lethbridge Broncos to an 8-4 win over the Wranglers.  In 1978/79, Duane Sutter led his team in scoring with 50 GOALS, 75 ASSISTS and 125 POINTS, while playing in 71 games.  

Sutter was drafted 17th overall by the Islanders in the 1979 NHL Draft and would be called up to the NHL after only 21 junior games in 1979....helping lead the 1979/80 NY Islanders to their 1st STANLEY CUP VICTORY !  

Duane Sutter signed the ticket blue staedtler marker "Duane Sutter 12".      

Ticket Stub is in VG condition (single pin hole and some surface paper loss on back) and measures approximately 1-1/4" x 2-1/2"...signature is MINT !
