Here is a United States Navy rating or rank badge / patch for Utilitiesman 1st Class Petty Officer rank rate Patch.  USN UT1 Seabee, fully embroidered eagle and specialty mark with black, sewn-on chevrons on dark blue or black chevrons on white material.  Marked “Liona” on the reverse. This patch has been removed from a uniform.  Has to very small rust colored stains on the left side near the top black chevron, see photo.  Very good used condition, see photos.
