Payment

All payments are processed through eBay payments.

Shipping

Orders placed before 2:00 pm MST Monday - Friday will usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm or on a weekend will ship the following business day.

We use a variety of shipping carriers including UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

International Buyers - Please Note:

• Import duties, taxes, brokerage, and/or any other applicable charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility.
• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional charges will be prior to bidding/buying.
• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company at delivery or when you pick the item up - please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
• We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as gifts - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
• Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery of your item(s).

Customer Service

We know that part of a great online buying experience is fantastic customer service! That is why under normal circumstances, if you email us between 9 AM and 5 PM MST Monday - Friday, we will normally respond within a couple of hours.

Returns

We want you to be happy with the items you buy, if you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or a refund (excluding shipping charges).

All returns must be unused and in the original manufacturers packaging. To return an item, submit a return request through your ebay account. Any returns shipped to our warehouse without a return authorization will be refused and sent back. Any returns of orders that originally received free shipping will have the actual shipping costs deducted from the refund. We recommend shipping your returns back with a trackable shipping method such as UPS or FedEx Ground.

All returns will be inspected and processed within 3 business days of receipt.
