Item does show signs of use such has nicks, rubs and staining. The undermat will come with the item. I don't know if it is original or not; but it works. It is made of hard plastic and is Made in the USA. There is a chunk of the undermat taken on one end (pictured). I did an initial cleaning (there is still some SoftScrub residue on the item); but did not do a thorough cleaning.
