Tips for how to setup :

To pair OpenFit earbuds with a device for the first time, open the charging case, which automatically enters pairing mode (indicator lights will flash orange and green). Then, on your device, enable Bluetooth and select "OpenFit by Shokz" from the list of available devices. For subsequent pairings, follow the same steps, ensuring the earbuds are in the case and the indicator lights flash orange and green before selecting "OpenFit by Shokz" on your device's Bluetooth settings

Replacement/Exchange:

• All return items should be in original packaging and returned within 30 days after you received it.

 The item needs to be returned in the similar cosmetic condition (serial numbers are tracked). If the item is match with description, but doesn't fit  , change mind, didn't like item , found better  price or was ordered by mistake etc. we will deduct the 25% restocking fees from this transaction.
