Original Signal-Stat model 381 rotating emergency/warning light.  12 volts.  Plugs into car's cigarette lighter.  Mounts on top of the vehicle with magnets.  Blue lens cover.  Previously owned in good working condition.  The original cord was replaced and reinforced with a lot of electrical tape.  No major scratches or gouges.  No cracks.  Sold AS IS.  More photos available upon request.
