Older style vintage black embroidered patch of the presidential seal used on older uniforms of the US Secret Service White House detail. Aprox 4" patch with plain back. Patch appears to have never been sewn on uniform but does have minor pulls/frays on top. (See close up). This is a very hard to find early version of this patch.
