This was an estate find from an avid collector of Department 56 Christmas village pieces.

In my opinion, this piece appears new or like new. I did take it apart and plug it in to confirm that the light works. Since it is from 2013, I cannot say how long the bulb will last. Because this is not my personal item, I am listing it as preowned.

The cord originally had a twist tie, but after testing it, I was not able to reattach the twist tie because the cord is a bit bulky.

It comes with the original box and Styrofoam. The box may show some wear/marks from storage.
