This Padgett Model B Electro Dermatome Electric Dermatone Skin Graft System w/ 4 Guides & Guard is in great cosmetic and tested working condition. I guarantee it will not be DOA. This is a complete system.  I used my Padgett calibration guide to confirm this instrument is within operating specification and will not need calibrating. (see pic). The finish on the device is in great condition. The power supply is connecting to the dermatome properly and the power supply's indicator light is lighting when powered on. All 4 of the included guides are attaching without issue.

 

Comes ready to use with the Padgett Model B dermatome instrument, Padgett Power Supply, 1" blade guide, 2" blade guide, 3" blade guide, 4" blade guide, blade guard, screwdriver, original case and operating manual on USB. Gas sterilize only, do not Autoclave. Attach a blade and this system is ready to go. Model B blades are easy to find and purchased from several online retailers.

Manufacturer's Description

The Padgett Electric Dermatome has proven its speed and accuracy in numerous operations. This Dermatome will cut skin grafts of various widths, up to four inches. Desired thickness in thousandths of an inch may be obtained by setting a pointer on the calibrated scale. The length of the graft is limited only by the donor area. Throwaway blades of low cost are used. It is not necessary to use adhesive to lift the skin.

The switch button for starting and stopping the motor is in a convenient location, directly under the index finger of the surgeon.

The Padgett Dermatome is a precision, explosion-proof instrument, built by skilled machinists with materials of the highest quality. Each part is kept to close tolerance through careful inspection and assembly.
 
Each of the knife clamps is also a width gauge for limiting the cut of the four widths: 1, 2, 3, or 4 inches.

The Model B is durable and cost effective. It is affordably priced to meet ever-increasing cost control pressures. Some of these units are still in use after 20 years, which proves they stand the test of time.

 

Condition & Testing

Ready to use! Excellent cosmetic and tested working condition with mimimal sign of normal use and no damage. I used my Padgett calibration tool to ensure the calibration is within operating specifications. (see pic) The blade thickness adjustment is working. The trigger switch is working properly and the rubber button cover is intact. The power supply is connecting to the dermatone without issue and is working perfectly. The blade guides fit properly. Comes with original metal carrying case, still in good condition. Runs strong!
