On low-end cards, under $9.99, I try to make shipping affordable to you, the buyer. I do offer cheaper shipping on this item in standard envelope, it comes with tracking. If you would prefer a different option, like a bubble mailer with tracking, please let me know and I can send invoice, rate for that is $4.99, but mailed with better protection and safer/quicker delivery of item. Any cards that are not graded, might have flaws on them. I'm not a professional grader, but do try to point out obvious flaws to the naked eye. Please don't purchase non-graded cards from me and expect PSA 10 graded cards. If you want them, spend the money and by those already slabbed.
