Very nice condition vintage piece.  The center skull is covered with inset rhinestones- all secure and none missing.  Goldtone wings on an undesignated metal are very detailed and well done, and show no tarnish or damage at all.  Elastic ring band is made of brass loops.  Piece has a moderate patina that I made no attempt to clean or polish.  Please see pics for further description and condition.
