Vintage custom made audio attenuator switch bank, often used in audio or electrical engineering.  It features nine heavy-duty toggle switches mounted in a custom made box.  The box is labeled with decibel (dB) values next to each switch.  20 dB (four times), 10 dB, 3 dB, 2 dB & cable TV connectors on each end.   The combination of these switches allows for  the selection of a specific amount of signal attenuation, likely totaling up to 100 dB (4 x 20 + 10 + 3 + 2 + 1 = 96 dB).  This type of robust, manual control panel would have been used in older equipment, such as mixing consoles or test equipment, for precise level control.  Has not been tested.   Photos are part of the description.
