Instructions for Use:

1. Press and hold the power button (approximately 3 seconds) to turn on the device.

2. The power button has three settings: Medium (approximately 55℃, blue light) is the default setting; switch to Low (approximately 45℃, green light) and High (approximately 62℃, red light) sequentially. Adjust the temperature to your comfort level by pressing the button.

3. The power will automatically shut off after 15 minutes of use. To continue use, simply turn the button back on.
