This is the story of the Storm Riders, who engage in street battles using "Air Treck (A.T.)" inline skates that allow them to freely glide through the air. The protagonist, Ikki, leads his team "Kogarasumaru" and participates in a battle system called "Parts War," aiming to become the strongest "King of the Sky" of all time.
