For initiative shown in conducting an assigned battle and inflicting significant damage on the enemy as a result of a sudden and bold attack; For capturing a major enemy resistance stronghold with minimal losses to their own forces, skillfully consolidating the captured positions, and decisively repelling enemy counterattacks; For organizing an effective pursuit of a retreating enemy and defeating their personnel and equipment, for rapidly eliminating enemy groups that have been blocked; For boldly striking enemy communications and defeating their rear garrisons and bases; For skillfully developing a battle plan that ensured clear coordination among all branches of the armed forces and led to a successful outcome.
