This seat cover comes with the factory horse hair , heat pad , factory pads , factory Foam , factory clips so its VERY easy quick install on the vehicle. No need to remove the entire seat from the car and break more wires sensors and other stuff. Unlike just the skin which require professorial costly installation and does not quit fit since the horse hair, the skin from different cars. They age different. So there is a chance of ripping , not fitting right , been wrinkled looking and uncomfortable since there are a lot of clips that holds the skin in place to look right and Shrinkage of leather.
