The Dental Wax Knife Induction Heater is an essential device for dental technicians specializing in wax restoration work. It offers a modern, efficient, and safe alternative to traditional heating methods like alcohol or gas lamps. Simply place your metal wax tool into the center heating port for 1–2 seconds, and it will be ready for precise wax modeling.
This unit is economical, user-friendly, and designed with safety in mind, making it an indispensable tool for both dentists and dental technicians.
How to Use:
1.Place the device on a flat work surface, plug in the power, and turn it on. The green indicator light means it’s ready.
2.Insert your iron-based tool (e.g., wax knife) into the center heating port. Wait for the panel light to turn from green to red (approx. 2 seconds), indicating heating in progress. When the light turns orange, heating is complete.
3.A protective sleeve inside the heating port prevents debris from falling into the device. Clean the sleeve regularly if debris is noticed.
