About 3 1/2 half feet wide from side to side. 

This is for a dark blue tree skirt, accented with silver sequins to that make snowflakes on it, and white edging. 

It is used, some of the stitching has began to fray and the Velcro that holds it closed is bent.

It is an unknown fabric type.

I do not know the history of this item so I cannot say if the home it came from has pets or was smoke free. It is being stored in a plastic sealed bag at my house, in a closed room, however I do have cats so anyone with extreme pet allergies please keep that in mind.
