Incredible find!  I manually turned the belt gear and it moved freely and engages the blade.  Very nice condition saw, with even most of the origins blue finish still present.  No discernable breaks, cracks, chips, etc.  Sale includes both belt and blade pictured.  Please see pics for further description and condition.
