Overall this is in good condition. This has been tested and works however there are a few issues.

- Wear/scratches to both sides of the console

- The battery compartment cover for the controller needs replaced. The controller keeps losing connection to the system while playing.

- The only game included is the game disc for Ghosts

- There is some kind of stain to the top right corner of the box.
