For auction is an early 1800s antique rim lock complete with its original key and a keeper for the latch. It is fully functional with a tab on the bottom that engages a dead bolt and the key works to extend and retract the other bolt. The spring for the latch is strong. The body of the lock measures 4 1/4" by 6 3/4".
