Brand new Marine grade Carpet. Bought for my project boat and this was a hole new pack left over that I didnt need. Its been sealed since I got it new, I just opened it to confirm how much of it was there to be accurate with buyer. Its been opened, measured, and replaced back in original packaging. No defect or issues.
