Unusual vintage clip where the top looks like Santa or perhaps just a wizard or garden gnome with a beard, mustache, and cone-shaped red hat topped with a star. Eyes and nose have rhinestones in them. I believe the star on the hat and maybe the mouth should have one too, but are missing. Obviously part of the moustache enamel is missing as well. Maker unknown.
