Vintage Relpo Ceramic Nursery Planter Baby Booties Made In Taiwan.

Its in pretty good condition overall with some light wear.  It has some small glaze imperfections and a couple of glaze chips along the rim. No major wear/damage. Please see photos for condition details. It measures approximately 4.5" tall x 5.5" wide x 3.5" front to back.
