This auction is for one gently used t-shirt.  This shirt is a souvenir from world famous Grauman’s Chinese Theater in Hollywood, California.  Features The Hobbit graphic on front, back has text “ I saw it at world famous Grauman’s Chinese in Real D 3-D”.   This is from the first movie, The Hobbit An Unexpected Journey and is from 2012.  Good quality, well made.   Shirt is in good condition, very slight fading from normal wear, no rips, tears, holes or other defects noted.  Great collector’s item, perfect for any Hobbit, Tolken or Grauman’s Chinese Theater fan.

A quick note on shipping!  Shipping is rather expensive anymore and I do my best to keep it to a minimum.   New, higher shipping rates took effect on January 22, 2023.   I charge only the retail postage rate and do not add any handling or materials fees that some sellers charge.  I include the weight of the item so you can check and compare shipping options (U S Post Office web site).  I am happy to combine whenever possible to minimize expenses. 

Shipping for this item is $6.24 for first class mail or if you prefer $14.09 for Priority.  Shipping is based on weight of shirt which weighs 7 oz.  I pack all items securely. I will ship your item immediately upon cleared payment.

Payment due within 2 days of auction close, non-paying bidder claim will be filed 72 hours after close of auction, and I will re-list the item. There are no refunds or returns, so if you have a question, please ask before you bid.   I have described the item to the best of my ability.
