1. Items will be shipped in 1-3 business days of receiving cleared payment. Once shipped, shipping times are estimated as follows:
UK: 15-21 working days.

Australia / Canada, 15-35 working days

The rest of the world: 20-45 working days.

- Each phone case is produced individually per your request. We are not able to resell such stock therefore we do not accept returns if you choose wrong model of the case or approve preview. Before to order, please check exactly what is your phone model. Please inspect preview carefully if you were sent one.
- We'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product price less S&H within 30 days of your purchase if there is quality problem with the item you received.
- Please contact us via ebay message to get the return shipping address and an RAM number is required. The goods must be returned in resalable condition(unmarked and undamaged and in its original box and original condition along with all its accessories and packaging. Buyer is responsible for P&P cost.
- Any damages during transit must be reported to us within 48 hours on receipt. Accident, neglect, misuse and normal wear and tear are not covered by this policy.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We will charge 20% restocking fee if the buyers want to return the packages when it is not our sellers fault.
