Ernest Gross, United States delegate to United Nations, leaves Waldorf-Astoria Hotel suite of British Foreign Secretary Anthony Eden after conference Saturday at which the countries split over Indian proposals to end Korean War. Gross went to see Eden on instructions of Secretary of State Dean Acheson. Photo measures 6.25 x 10.25inches. Photo is dated 11-23-1952.
