Description:

1. The Height valve is used in the vehicle suspension equipment with air spring to
2. adjust the height of the air spring by sensing the change of the height of the vehicle
3. and carrying out the action of inflation and exhaust in time.
4. The length ratio L/A should be <=1.2 if the maximum Angle of motion is not exceeded 45°.
5. Length L should be between 175 and 295mm.
6. If shorter yaw bars are used, height valves will produce large air consumption.
7. The Vehicle MUST be on level ground to start, and the brakes must be released.
8. On most vehicles, you will need to measure from the bottom of the frame to the ground to obtain the proper starting height. You will need 34″ to 34 1/4″.
9. Install wood dowels into the top and bottom of the leveling valve and then discharge the air.
10. This will prevent the valve from operating. When the air is exhausted, remove the link.
11. the frame to the 34″ to 34 1/4″ height.
12. Replace the link on the leveling valve.
13. Remove the dowels. The vehicle should be level. If not, check the link for defections or bends,
14. and check the air system and valve. Repair or replace as needed.
