This book is complete (contains all pages and covers).  The cover and centerfold are attached.

1 ½ inch lower spine split.  Tears on middle of spine on back cover.  5/16 piece missing from upper spine.  Spots along spine.  Slight soiling on front and back covers.  Large diagonal crease on upper left corner of back cover.
