Postcards under $20 will ship via eBay standard envelope which is delivered by the post office, in a semi-rigid envelope.
eBay standard envelopes are not scanned into the postal system the same way and with the same frequency as regular packages. Tracking can be unreliable and your item may say it is "delivered" when it arrives at your local post office prior to final delivery. Please be patient due to this.
