1. why can't I find an SSD hard disk and read/write data?
The newly purchased SSD usually needs to be formatted in Disk Management before use. It is recommended to format in the Windows operating system and use NTFS format.

Why is the capacity displayed by the PC smaller than the original capacity?
The actual usable storage space may be smaller than the total storage capacity indicated due to the decimal measurement used to indicate the usable capacity of the SSD.
