We generally perform power on and basic functional tests on all of our used items. Items with "Parts and repair" status are either incomplete for parts or has defects that requires expert repairs. Please make sure to check for compatibility before purchase.

We will try to provide the best detail on items we sell. Please keep in mind that since all of our listed items are donated, most likely we will not have any background and functional history for them. Please refer to pictures for more additional information.

Combined Shipping: Won items can be combined into a single order within 5 calendar days. Combination can be done by starting the checkout process and paying for all items you want to combine. Combined shipping rates are automatically applied.

Local Pickup: Available Monday Thru Saturday 9:30am - 4:00pm. By appointment only, must be scheduled via eBay message. Pick up orders will only be released to the buyer listed on the account. If you need to make arrangements for someone else to pick up your order(s), please contact us via eBay message. Provide the order number, date and time of the scheduled appointment, as well as, the full name of the person authorized to pickup your order(s).

Customer Service Hours & Response Times: All customer service inquiries will be responded to within 48 hours during operating hours. Customer Service hours are Monday - 9:00am to 5pm MST. Inquiries after 3pm MST on Saturday may not be answered until the following Monday
