Original WWII Japanese Type 90 helmet with original Navy anchor badge.  Two of the vent holes have been plugged with material, probably to keep water out or the wearer warmer.  There is the number '22' painted inside.

No liner. Rough condition with lots of paint loss and surface rust.  Still a solid shell
