I am selling a double feature DVD set from France featuring two films from the great Canadian director David Cronenberg. The first film in the set is SCANNERS, starring Jennifer O'Neill and Patrick McGoohan. The second film in the set is THE BROOD, titled CHROMOSOME 3 in this set, and this one stars Oliver Reed and Samantha Eggar. Both films come in individual discs. Each disc comes with two versions of the film: one dubbed entirely in French and the other in its original English launguage dub, but with burned in French subtitles. This set comes in a cardboard case with a foldaway sleeve holding the discs in coasters. The slipcase holding the set together has a lot of wear and tear with a hole at the bottomof it, but the foldaway sleeve still remains in mostly good condition. The coasters, however, are weak and the discs tend to fall out when the sleeve is unfolded (this is especially the case CHROMOSOME 3, which tends to fall on top of SCANNERS a lot). Both discs have light scratches on the back, but they're not affected and they play fine without any problems.

I mentioned that this set is from France. I should mention that this set is designated solely for the Region 2 market, which is primarily Europe. They will not play in most North American players, which are designated for Region 1. So unless you have a player that plays Region 2 DVDs or multi-region player that plays discs from all over the world without any problems, do not purchase this set because it will not play in your machine.
