This is a repair ticket pad for the Myers Mobil Service Fairview Ill. it is an original pad still has all of the tickets numbers from 1 to 50 still on the pad and it also has the original carbon pages on the back of the pad. the pad has one issue see above description. It is 6" high and 3 1/2" wide see photos.
