Screwdriver, tape, towel, length of small chain and a rubber glove was handy to hold on to the rod while compressing the spring to hook at the top.
- Before installing the washing machine boom, please disconnect the washing machine from the power supply to ensure your safety.
- And wear work gloves to protect your hands.
- Two people were needed for the job. you can lift the whole top lid and while the other man hold the lid you lift one of the springs by the hook with pliers and take out the two circle plastic pieces and drop the spring and take it out.
- Then tilted the whole washer back and replaced the new spring from underneath.
- Then you can place the washer down and put the first white round piece.
- Use pliers to lift the hook to get the round tan piece in place under the hook and turn in into place.
- It help to put the screw driver in the hook loop to lift the spring and place it in the tan round plastic piece.
