BRAND NEW, in Unsealed Tube as shown!  The total product & tube weight of this item is 9.0 oz.  The lid of the tube has a small 3/8" crack on the front edge of the lid (visible in photo #1), possibly from the tube being dropped.  The lid still fully seals the product when closed and the crack does not affect the functionality of the gray lid.  FREE S&H!
